Gladrius the Great - A purely self-proclaimed title. Arrogant and reckless beyond belief, it is a testament to Gladrius' sheer combat skill that he has survived thus far. In combat, he wields a two-handed sword, and opts for brutal and effective techniques. He does have a kinder side, though it is not seen often, or by many. Bears a grudging respect for the only person to best him in combat - Eve. Primarily motivated by ale, and gold (for more ale) only time will tell if Gladrius can change.

Viscount Kain - Born into the highest ranks of aristocracy, Viscount Kain has at his disposal immense wealth and power. Having recently entered into an alliance with Count Vlad, Viscount Kain effectively rules over all of europe except Britain and Italy. Viscount Kain has a voracious appetite for power, and this has led him to dabble in the dark arts. His greatest, and most unforgivable transgression was to perform The Forbidden Ritual, awaking Satan from a slumber to which he had been banished many years ago.

Francis the Bard - A purely self-proclaimed title. It is common consensus that Francis' singing is best used to offend others. Francis is determined to become a great bard, though sadly, completely void of talent. An emotional man, Francis scares quite easily, and shy's from danger. Francis' Songs of Power have a variety of effects, from inflicting status ailments and damage to opponents, to healing the party.

Eve - Of women, greatly skilled. Eve is a stunningly beautiful woman, no doubt in part to the harsh rigors her life has required of her. She's a master of the sword, able to wield anything from a dagger to a two-handed sword with equal ease but favors a single katana. Despite having lived a life as a mercenary, she has never accepted assignment compromising honor - leaving her much poorer then many of her kin. Intelligent and with a wit even sharper then Daron's, Eve is oddly one of very few people attracted to Gladrius. Even rarer still, Gladrius is attracted to Eve, though how much of this is due to their mutual dislike of Francis is unknown.

Daron - Of men wholly devoted to the sword. Daron is renowned for his skill as a fencer, creating a storm of slashes and thrusts that the eye can scarce follow. He seeks out new challenges by traveling far and wide. An odd quirk, as his desire to prove himself remains ever unsated by his reputation. Daron's patient nature and witty remarks often put him at ends with Gladrius. And Daron's skirt-chasing nature often puts him at ends with entire villages.

Count Vlad - A cruel and cunning member of the upper aristocracy, Vlad rules over several small european countries. Prefers a violent and swift solution to problems. His preference for bloody torture methods and his evil-looking appearance have earned him a reputation of being a vampire - though as to whether this is true, no one knows. Screams invariably echo from his keep at night, and the people under his rule live in fear.
